Military planning for possible H1N1 outbreak 29 Jul 2009 The U.S. military wants to establish regional teams of military personnel to assist civilian authorities in the event of a significant outbreak of the H1N1 virus this fall, according to Defense Department officials. The proposal is awaiting final approval from Defense Secretary Robert Gates. The officials would not be identified because the proposal from U.S. Northern Command’s Gen. Victor Renuart has not been approved by the secretary.

Law rule changes on wrongful death claims from government inoculation program fan fears

A concerted research effort is now underway to confirm allegations, made on a private videotapeseveral years ago, that the U.S. Court of Federal Claims has added a huge number of amendments to that Court’s local rules, inanticipation of a massive increase in the number of wrongfuldeath claims resulting from an unspecified government inoculationprogram, says Paul Andrew Mitchell.

One lawyer on that tape even took note that the rules were printed on thin, onion-skin paper, in order to prevent theirvolume from being conspicuous.

WHO begins US coup d’etat

According to a report on CNN, the US military will work with FEMA in the event of a pandemic emergency. Both FEMA and Homeland Security will answer to WHO and the UN in the event of a pandemic under President Bush’s 2005 avain flu international cooperation plan . A coup d’etat of the WHO over the USA is in process.

According to a CNN report, the military will assist civilian authorities in the event of a significant swine flu outbreak in the U.S. this fall, stoking fears that the pandemic, which has claimed relatively few lives so far, will be used as an excuse to implement martial law and a mandatory vaccination program.

“The plan calls for military task forces to work in conjunction with the Federal Emergency Management Agency. There is no final decision on how the military effort would be manned, but one source said it would likely include personnel from all branches of the military,” states the report.

The proposal, which was drawn up by U.S. Northern Command’s Gen. Victor Renuart, is awaiting final approval from Defense Secretary Robert Gates. The first step would be to sign an “execution order” which would authorize the military to begin detailed planning on how to implement the proposal, before actual orders to deploy military personnel are given.

The amount of troops required or whether they would come from the active duty or the National Guard and Reserve forces has not yet been determined.

Northcom has been preparing for mass flu pandemics for years and indeed, Gen. Victor Renuart spoke of the threat of a flu pandemic emerging out of Mexico just weeks before it actually happened.

Testifying back in March, Renuart said Northcom would provide “assistance in support of civil authorities” during an epidemic, adding “when requested and approved by the Secretary of Defense or directed by the President, federal military forces will contribute to federal support.” However, Renuart then added, “USNorthCom does not wait for that call to action.”

“Because Mexico is our neighbor and disasters do not respect national boundaries, we are focused on developing and improving procedures to respond to potentially catastrophic events such as pandemic influenza outbreak, mass exposure to dangerous chemicals and materials, and natural disasters,” he testified.

Northcom was only relatively recently assigned its own fighting unit – the Army’s 3rd Infantry Division’s 1st Brigade Combat Team, which had been fighting in Iraq for five years before that. As we have previously reported, the Armed Forces Press Service has initiated a propaganda campaign designed to convince the American people that deploying the 3rd Infantry Division in the United States in violation of the Posse Comitatus Act is a good thing, with images of soldiers from the brigade helping in “humanitarian” rescue missions, such as car wrecks. This is all designed to condition Americans to accept troops on the streets and highways as a part of everyday life.

The assignment of the 1st Brigade Combat Team to Northcom alarmed the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU). “This is a radical departure from separation of civilian law enforcement and military authority and could, quite possibly, represent a violation of law,” said Mike German, ACLU national security policy counsel.

The news that troops are being prepared to work with FEMA in the event of a swine flu pandemic will increase fears that the government is preparing to enforce a mandatory vaccination program – at gunpoint if necessary.

State health authorities have already confirmed that if the government were to announce a mandatory vaccination program, then there would be no exemptions whatsoever and the program could be carried out with the use of force if necessary.

As reported by CNS News earlier this month, a health-care reform bill approved by the Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pension Committee called The Affordable Health Choices Act, will fund the creation of state “intervention” teams that will carry out home visits in order to check that both children and adults have been vaccinated and also provide “provision of immunizations”.

“Home visits? What exactly is the state going to do when it sends people to “implement interventions” in private homes designed “to improve immunization coverage of children”? asks the CNS report.

There can be little doubt that many Americans will call upon their second amendment rights and resort to using force to protect themselves and their children if the government attempts to forcibly impose a mass vaccination program. This is why the assistance of military personnel may be necessary to subdue potential resistors in the event of mandatory quarantines and inoculations.

The last time the the national guard and military worked with FEMA and local law enforcement on a large scale in the United States was during Hurricane Katrina, when they aided in the confiscation of privately owned firearms of citizens, even those who lived in the high and dry areas and were unaffected by the hurricane.

Why are the vaccines with adjuvants not being tested in the US?

The U.S. government has contracts with five major pharmaceutical companies to produce swine flu vaccines. The WHO laid down guidelines in July, saying that “swine flu” vaccines must have adjuvants.

But those vaccines that have adjuvants, such as the ones produced by Novartis and GlaxoSmithKline, will not be tested in official clinical trials in the USA in spite of the overwhelming evidence that adjuvants cause damage. Instead, the NIAID has selected two vaccines for clinical trials that contain no adjuvants, that is to say the vaccines that will not be the one used on the majority of the people. Also, it is not clear how these vaccines without adjuvants will react with the other flu shots.

Dr Mercola explains:

“Novartis’s proprietary squalene adjuvant for their H1N1 vaccine is MF59. Glaxo’s is ASO3. MF59 has yet to be approved by the FDA for use in any U.S. vaccine, despite its history of use in other countries.

Per Dr. Nass, there are only three vaccines in existence using an approved squalene adjuvant. None of the three are approved for use in the U.S.

What Squalene Does to Rats

Oil-based vaccination adjuvants like squalene have been proved to generate concentrated, unremitting immune responses over long periods of time.[vi]

A 2000 study published in the American Journal of Pathology demonstrated a single injection of the adjuvant squalene into rats triggered “chronic, immune-mediated joint-specific inflammation,” also known as rheumatoid arthritis.[vii]

The researchers concluded the study raised questions about the role of adjuvants in chronic inflammatory diseases.

What Squalene Does to Humans

Your immune system recognizes squalene as an oil molecule native to your body. It is found throughout your nervous system and brain. In fact, you can consume squalene in olive oil and not only will your immune system recognize it, you will also reap the benefits of its antioxidant properties.

The difference between “good” and “bad” squalene is the route by which it enters your body. Injection is an abnormal route of entry which incites your immune system to attack all the squalene in your body, not just the vaccine adjuvant.

Your immune system will attempt to destroy the molecule wherever it finds it, including in places where it occurs naturally, and where it is vital to the health of your nervous system.[viii]

Gulf War veterans with Gulf War Syndrome (GWS) received anthrax vaccines which contained squalene.[ix] MF59 (the Novartis squalene adjuvant) was an unapproved ingredient in experimental anthrax vaccines and has since been linked to the devastating autoimmune diseases suffered by countless Gulf War vets.[x]

The Department of Defense made every attempt to deny that squalene was indeed an added contaminant in the anthrax vaccine administered to Persian Gulf war military personnel – deployed and non-deployed – as well as participants in the more recent Anthrax Vaccine Immunization Program (AVIP).

However, the FDA discovered the presence of squalene in certain lots of AVIP product. A test was developed to detect anti-squalene antibodies in GWS patients, and a clear link was established between the contaminated product and all the GWS sufferers who had been injected with the vaccine containing squalene.

A study conducted at Tulane Medical School and published in the February 2000 issue of Experimental Molecular Pathology included these stunning statistics:

“ … the substantial majority (95%) of overtly ill deployed GWS patients had antibodies to squalene. All (100%) GWS patients immunized for service in Desert Shield/Desert Storm who did not deploy, but had the same signs and symptoms as those who did deploy, had antibodies to squalene.

In contrast, none (0%) of the deployed Persian Gulf veterans not showing signs and symptoms of GWS have antibodies to squalene. Neither patients with idiopathic autoimmune disease nor healthy controls had detectable serum antibodies to squalene. The majority of symptomatic GWS patients had serum antibodies to squalene.”[xi]

According to Dr. Viera Scheibner, Ph.D., a former principle research scientist for the government of Australia:

“… this adjuvant [squalene] contributed to the cascade of reactions called “Gulf War Syndrome,” documented in the soldiers involved in the Gulf War.

The symptoms they developed included arthritis, fibromyalgia, lymphadenopathy, rashes, photosensitive rashes, malar rashes, chronic fatigue, chronic headaches, abnormal body hair loss, non-healing skin lesions, aphthous ulcers, dizziness, weakness, memory loss, seizures, mood changes, neuropsychiatric problems, anti-thyroid effects, anaemia, elevated ESR (erythrocyte sedimentation rate), systemic lupus erythematosus, multiple sclerosis, ALS (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis), Raynaud’s phenomenon, Sjorgren’s syndrome, chronic diarrhoea, night sweats and low-grade fevers.”[xii]

Post Vaccination Follow-Up Might as Well Be Non-Existent

There is virtually no science to support the safety of vaccine injections on your long-term health or the health of your children. Follow-up studies last on average about two weeks, and look only for glaring injuries and illnesses.

Autoimmune disorders like those seen in Gulf War Syndrome frequently take years to diagnose due to the vagueness of early symptoms. Complaints like headaches, fatigue and chronic aches and pains are symptoms of many different illnesses and diseases.

Don’t hold your breath waiting for vaccine purveyors and proponents to look seriously at the long-term health consequences of their vaccination campaigns.

What You Can Do to Protect Yourself and Your Family

Visit the National Vaccination Information Center (NVIC) site and join in the fight against mandatory swine flu vaccinations.

Educate yourself about influenza strains, vaccination risks, and the public health laws in your state that may require you or your children to undergo either mandatory vaccination or quarantine.

Take care of your health to reduce or eliminate your risk of contracting the flu. The key is to keep your immune system strong by following these guidelines:

Eliminate sugar and processed foods from your diet. Sugar consumption has an immediate, debilitating effect on your immune system.
Take a high quality source of animal-based omega 3 fats like Krill Oil.
Exercise. Your immune system needs good circulation in order to perform at its best for you.
Optimize your vitamin D levels. Vitamin D deficiency is the likely cause of seasonal flu viruses. Getting an optimal level of vitamin D will help you fight infections of all kinds.
Get plenty of good quality sleep.
Deal with stress effectively. If you feel overwhelmed by stress, your body will not have the reserves it needs to fight infection.
Wash your hands. But not with an antibacterial soap. Use a pure, chemical-free soap.

Baxter, Novartis, GSK “swine flu” vaccines will not be part of official clinical trials in the US – only two vaccines without adjuvants from CSL and Sanofi Pasteur will be tested by vaccine watchdog

The US federal agency responsible for conducting clinical trials has revealed that there will be no official tests of the “swine flu” vaccine of five manufactures who already produce US-licenced seasonal vaccine, including Baxter, Novartis and GSK.

Baxter, Novartis and GSK will conduct their own trials on the vaccine under secret contract with the HHS Department.

The National Institute for Allergies and Infectious Diseases, NIAID, has revealed that the five official government clinical trials to evaluate the safety of the “swine flu” vaccine will involve two candidate vaccines from sanofi pasteur and CSL from Australia – and not the candidate vaccines from the major suppliers Baxter, GSK or Novartis in spite of the growing controversy over the safety record of these vaccine manufacturers.

Moreover, the NIAID clinical trials are of two vaccines that will not have the dangerous adjuvant ingredient planned for the vast majority of “swine flu” vaccines, fuelling concerns the US government is deliberately, systematically and wilfully manipulating the clinical trials and the resulting data to give a false picture of the safety of the H1N1 vaccines and hide the risks from the population.

“These two vaccines were chosen initially for the VTEU trials based on Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) projections that these vaccines may make up the bulk of the unadjuvanted vaccine supply in the United States,” says the NIAID website.

Saint Louis University VTEU (Dr. Sharon Frey, principal investigator) will lead the two trials testing the H1N1 vaccines given at the same time as or sequentially with the seasonal flu vaccine in healthy adult and elderly volunteers and in children.

CLG Updates: WHO/UN “Counter terrorism” exercise underway as first real “terrorist” arrests made and “swine flu” hype grows

While the largest “counter terrorism” exercises ever on American soil by UN troops are underway with no mainstream media coverage, more “clinical trials” on the “swine flu” vaccine are set to start.

Vaccine experts like Dr Rebecca Carley say the “trials” are a pretext to give the subjects, often children, a disease, which they will carry into the population and spread.

Also, target groups for the swine flu “vaccine” are being selected by the government, including pregnant women and those with diabetes or asthma, reports the CLG.

The WHO/UN and affiliated organizations appear to be scaremongering and spreading the “false flag” rumour that German soldiers are participating in the UN exercises, something the German Ministry of Defense has denied. It is reported that a caller in to Alex Jones’ show said that German troops were heard saying they had come to “destroy” the USA, fueling confusion and fear.

The NLE 09 “counter terrorism” exercises are going ahead as the real arrests of so-called “terrorists” have started in North Carolina, according to a report on Infowars.

“On Monday, the feds swooped down on an alleged terror group plotting murder and mayhem in North Carolina. A federal indictment against the gang claims Raleigh drywall contractor Daniel Patrick Boyd and associates sought to wage “violent jihad” abroad and engaged in “military-style training at home,” according to the Associated Press. Specific details are not provided by the government,” writes Kurt Nimmo.

In addition, the rights of US prisoners are being restricted under the pretext of the need for a medical quarantine due to the “swine flu”, which so far has caused far fewer deaths than the seasonal flu. A judge set a precedent when he ruled that prisoners could be kept in quarantine in a “medical emergency” and have their constitutional right to a speedy trial and preliminary hearings suspended. Please contribute to our legal fund to fight the WHO “bioweapon” vaccines today

To take legal action in the USA, Europe, Africa — in every country in the world –, against these “swine flu” vaccines, which are classified as “bioweapons” by EU and US regulators, we need funds.

These “bioweapon” vaccines are to be made compulsory in autumn by the WHO, which is heavily influenced by vaccine companies, such as Baxter.

Baxter’s subsidiary n Austria was caught deliberately contaminating 72 kilos of vaccine material with a live bird flu virus supplied by WHO in February. The police are investigating after I filed criminal charges but Baxter, among other companies, still has the contract to provide the “swine flu” vacicne, and there are no controls in place.

WHO still has the right to assume control of every country’s health and security infrastructure in the event of a pandemic level 6 being declared.

Much progress has been made in stopping this global coup d etat by WHO and their backers but we have some way to go to stop the gnocidal agenda around the world, and time is short. Please contribute what you can today to a fund for legal action.

“Swine flu” vaccine has adjuvants that impair fertility

The “swine flu” vaccine contains ingredients that impair fertility.

Daniel Solis from the Czech Republic has researched the side-effects of the adjuvant, squalene, and discovered it is known to destroy fertility as well as causing other forms of damage.

A patent for a vaccine to impair fertility in animals contains squalene.

The plan to use this fertility-impairing adjuvant in the “swine flu” vaccine against a flu that has so far been far less irksome than the ordinary seasonal flu underscores concerns that this H1N1 mass vaccination programme mandated by WHO with the support of pharma companies such as Baxter is designed primarily to cause death and injury, and so significantly reduce the global population.

Daniel Solis has also made a formal complaint against the head of the Czech Republic’s FDA and the Deputy Health Minister for awarding a contract to Baxter worth 1,5 billion CZK without an open tender. More legal action in the Czech Republic is planned with the aim of getting Baxter’s licence to manufacture the “swine flu” vaccine at Bohumil suspended and to make Baxter accountable for the incident at the BioTest lab, which detected the live bird flu virus in vaccine material from Baxter on February 6th. Members of the lab had to be treated preventatively for bird flu and were put in quarantine.
